  1. Single Admin Interface to Manage all mobile users and their devices: • Add/Remove User profiles • Add/Remove/Modify User Groups • Set access permissions for Users/Groups • Application security/access control • Manage content • Monitor security and access control

  2. Reporting and Analysis: • Apps installed by users • App Usage by users/groups • Feedback from users and survey results • App and content usage specific reports • Custom feeds to existing reporting systems / data warehouse as required

  3. Content Delivery • Digital Compatible Content and HTML5 files are stored on the Content Server and are viewable based on the permissions set for each user and the their mobile device

  4. Digital Content • Digital content and HTML5 Files that reside within the Enterprise’s internal systems. • Integration with Enterprises LMS for SCORM compliance for courses completed on the user’s mobile device.

  5. Enterprise App Marketplace • User downloads and Master App from the Enterprise Marketplace

  6. User’s Mobile Device: (smartphones and tablets) • Single Master App under ONE ICON on user’s device houses all Enterprise Apps, Training and Digital Content. • Permission-based Enterprise content is deployed to user’s mobile device by Admin or can be configured as user-self serve.

  7. NEMAP icon sits on the user’s desktop to enable easy transfer of files to/from the user’s computer and mobile device. • PDF’s • Images • Documents • Digital Media, Audio, Video

  9. Security: • Branded Master App authenticates and checks for permissions each time it is launched • User’s Mobile device can run only the Apps specified in the Admin portal • Users Deactivated in the Admin Portal cannot run any Enterprise Apps
