  3. Stream > Getting Started (Agency Administrators) • You earn a commission on every hotel you sell. You can generate additional revenue by: • Adding a mark-up (not visible to the customer) • Adding a service fee (visible to the customer) 90% of agent mark up & service fee are paid out page 3

  6. Stream> Making a Booking To start a new booking, click on “New Search” Search by City, Airport Code, Landmark, or Port Name Click to add a room Click to expand search options page 6

  8. Stream> Making a Booking > Agency Commission Narrow your results by location, star rating, or hotel name in the right tool rail Click here to add a mark up and/or a service fee. Adding a mark-up will increase the nightly rate that you see on the search results page. page 8

Client’s Total Price • Agents earn: • 12% Commission on Gross Revenue (before Taxes) • 90% of Markup and Service Fee page 9

The service fee you added to the itinerary (visible to the customer). Look for any Mandatory Fees not included in the prepaid rate page 10

  15. Stream > Making a Booking > Prior Reservations Use this functionality to find reservations you booked or saved earlier – whether it is to review the details, re-price a saved itinerary or cancel the reservation. page 15

  16. Stream > Making a Booking > Prior Reservations Clicking-here allows you to review the reservation’s details, as well as cancel the booking. Clicking-here on a Saved Itinerary allows you to review the reservation’s details, re-price and confirm the booking. page 16

  17. Stream > Making a Booking > Prior Reservations You can cancel the reservation by clicking on this button. You can print or email the itinerary details to your client. page 17

  18. Stream > Travel Agency Reports Generate a report of your total sales or commission during a particular date range. page 18

  19. Stream > Travel Agency Reports Choose Booking From date range for a Sales Report or Trip Start From date range for a Commission Report. You can view the report on your screen or download a spreadsheet. Scroll all the way to the right to view pricing and commission information page 19

  20. Stream > ScheduledReports Select Sales or Check-In Report Select Daily, Weekly, Monthly Enter your Email Address Click Add page 20

  21. Stream > Scheduled Reports • All Scheduled Reports come in a password protected zip file. Please consult the FAQ’s for the password and decrypting steps.
