Join us for the ERVO 2009 meeting at the Technical University of Denmark in Copenhagen. This gathering will feature presentations, networking opportunities, and administrative remarks. Mr. Milan Pavlovic will assist with presentations and videos. Make sure to submit your presentation materials to him promptly for easy access during the event.   1. Welcome to ERVO 2009 DTU Aqua welcomes you to the ERVO 2009 Meeting in Copenhagen at the Technical University of Denmark By Steen Silberg

Meeting room support • I like to present Mr. Milan Pavlovic who will be helping you with your presentations and videos • There is a presentation PC with MS Powerpoint 2007 and other software • If you have any special requirements, please let us know as soon as possible • If not allready done by e-mail, hand over your presentation in electronic form to Mr. Milan Pavlovic – as soon as possible, please! • Presentation will be copied to PC • Folder: Desktop\presentations\<name of presenter> • Friday, all attendants will be provided a usb memory stick containing all presentations • There are electrical plugs in the meeting room tables so that you can use computer and other electrical equipment during the meeting • There will be coffee, tea, water, etc. during the two days meeting.

  3. How to use the DTU Wireless Network • When in the meeting room or another place on campus, you can access the Internet using the DTU Wireless network. • Connect to the “DTU Wireless” network. It is an unprotected network, ESSID is DTU Wireless. • When connected, open a web browser, go to any webpage. The Authentication Service webpage will show (https://auth.wireless.dtu.dk). You might get a warning about the certificate used by the server, to proceed you must accept the certificate. • Authenticate using User: w39881ab Password: ervo.2009 • You now have access to the Internet . • See the “official” DTU Wireless webpage found at http://www.wireless.dtu.dk/
