Student’s will learn how to debate using the National Speech and Debate Asssociation organization style for competitive debate.

  7. Tournament Participation – 3 minimum – First by October Judging Commitments for Kapuan’s Tournaments Students cannot wait until December to realize they need to get their points I will work with extenuating circumstances in advance ONLY Point system This year
