  5. Entrega de equipos 2009 Condiciones: • Software SIA-contralorías. • Encuesta infraestructura tecnológica. Requerimientos • Firma Adicional al anexo No. 1 anexo técnico al convenio específico antes del 01 de abril de 2009. • Para entrega de equipos a partir de la segunda semana de abril.

Implementación SIA • Actualmente el 95% de las contralorías territoriales están implementando el software SIA en sus entidades para la rendición de cuenta en línea de sus entes vigilados Se clasificó la implementación en 3 etapas • 1ª etapa: Capacitación del administrador del sistema y organización administrativa (resolución, formatos) • 2ª etapa: Organización logística para capacitación de sujetos de control. • 3ª etapa: Rendición de cuenta en línea, revisión de cuenta por auditores.
