  2. Team Introduction Orla Bermingham- Studying Business and Management with experience in Brown Thomas where display and presentation are a huge factor. Has a keen eye for detail. David Callagy- Studying Entrepreneurship with great communication skills and networking abilities Garreth Cullen–Business and Management student. Popular with an easy and relatable approach to managing and communicating with people. Katie McGowan-Studying Marketing with a great aptitude for advertising and an eye for both detail and design. Ciara Moran- – Entrepreneurship student with a very innovative mind. May operate on another wave length but has good written communication skills and is a valuable team member

  3. Team Introduction • Shane Power-Murphy-Entrepreneurship student with a head for numbers and a brain for innovation. • Joanne Senkov- – Business Administration student. Well-liked, organised and efficient, using her communication skills to co-ordinate people and further enhance the project.

  4. Goals of project • Have a platform that allows students to exchange books • It will allow students to buy and sell second hand book at a convenient, fast and effective manner. • Main goal is that the student are the main benefiter in this project and our platform will aid their welfare

Deliverables of project • Six deliverables in the book exchange project • Market research Create student survey, talk to existing operator (Londis) Library and operations office • Project proposal  Develop a proposal for the board of management • Marketing Campaign choose a image for the product and a appropriate medium to reach people • List of all staff members number of people required to operate the site • Prototype image basic layout of site and how it will function • Test process develop a basic model of site.
