Details that must be included in the Memorandum and Articles of Association include - addresses and identification numbers of the initial members - the object/purpose of the company - the names - how the legal representation of the company is organised and the names - addresses and identification numbers of the initial directors and company secretary - details of the authorised and issued share capital - the name of the company - the registered office of the company - the nature of the company (private or public)

  5. The initial Memorandum and Articles of Association, together with evidence of the initial share capital deposit, is registered with the Maltese Registrar of Companies. Upon completion, the Maltese Registrar of Companies will issue a Certificate of Registration.
