EYE CONTACT • Keep your eyes open • Eliminate distractions • Drifting is unacceptable
THE APPROACH • Confidence and Attitude is key • Smile • Follow the formula: “Hello Sir/Madam, My name is Name, I am the JOB TITLE J’adore La Fondue; would you like to see what have offer today?”
SHOW KNOWLEDGE • Know the chocolate • Know the dipping items • Know the fountain used • Make suggestions to customer.
OBTAIN INTEREST • Start with the benefits we offer • Ask the customer what they like • Find common ground • Try not to force your opinion • Give them room to think
