About us • Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited (APIL) was set up in 1967 jointly by Late Mr. C L Ansal (father of Mr. Sushil Ansal) and Mr. Sushil Ansal, the present Chairman of APIL. • Focused on commercial and residential development in the CBD of Delhi in the early years of operations; Created the skyline of Delhi. • APIL went public and was listed on the Indian Stock exchanges in 1993. • Till 1998, the three Ansal brothers - Sushil, Gopal and Deepak Ansal, jointly managed the business. • In 1998, company was trifurcated among the brothers, effecting separation of businesses with a common family name.

Milestone Achievements 1967 The Company was promoted to carry on the development and real estate business. “Akash Deep” - Developed the first high rise multistoried building on ownership basis. “Surya Kiran” - Built the first 13 storied commercial building with multiple basements in Delhi. “Vikas Minar” -Built the tallest building of Delhi (till date) for Delhi Development Authority. “Amba Deep” – Constructed high rise in CBD Delhi which won three awards for best design. IPO – and was listed on the Indian Stock Exchanges. Successfully completed the Integrated township “Sushant Lok” at Gurgaon. “Ansal Plaza” – Constructed the first Retail mall in the heart of Delhi, starting the mall culture Over the years, APIL has learnt to foresee development potential of certain asset classes and created landmarks by leader in Indian Realty Sector 1969 1972 1975 1992 1993 1994 1999

Mtr.
