  2. What’s on the Drive ? Each drive will contain easily accessibleinformation directly related to the purchase of your customers new home. We will use QR code technology to allow the customers to quickly view vendor websites at their home as well as access from all mobile devices. The Broker will be highlighted throughout and can also use the drive to save the buyers & sellers documents upon closing.

Listing of vendors (with2 per category unless otherwise specified) All vendors must have a website and should have reviews with sites like Angie‘s List, FaceBook, Google Places etc. Depending on the community a brief history of the Town, Community, or County. Public school information and key numbers Community calendar Key phone numbers, and emergency #'s Top 10 restaurants in the area

  6. Customer Needs It is apparent that all this information is available to the home buyer however it is difficult to gather all this information when you need it. This "Thumb Drive" is about convenience! To have virtually everything you need as a homeowner and member of a community all in one place! To be able to rely on vendors who come recommended by the Brokerage that are reliable andhave reviews.

  7. Cost Analysis As long as we can collect at least 80vendors the cost to the Broker is $0.00 for the first 100 thumb-drives. Each vendor pays $65.00 annually to participate. Drives can be re-ordered at the cost of $7.50 - $10.00 each (depending on style, branding and number ordered) Minimum number for re-order, 50 recommended to pass on cost to each realtor to provide to their customers as a gift.

  8. Strengths and Advantages This is a novel way for the broker to stand out in the minds of their customer and potential customer base. It also provides a network of vendors who will recommend the brokerage since they are featured. New homeowners are looking for information about their neighborhood and community and need the services of the featured vendors. To be able to go to one easy place and find what they are looking for is attractive and makes this a valuable item.

  9. Next Steps of Action Provide any preferred vendors that you would normally refer to customers. Please contact them to let them know that we will be calling on them We will collect vendors logos and info. to be highlighted on the drive Assuming we can collect the vendor info within 10 days, the finished product will be presented to the Broker within 30 business days
