Importance • It is required for certification • The Extension office needs the hours to show impacts • Each volunteer hours is valuable to Extension • Volunteers represent rewarding programs • Volunteers help Extension reach more people • County, State and Federal funded programs must provide proof they are worth funding in the future.

  4. How are service hours reported? • Only 4 Steps to get started: • 1. Register • 2. Log In • 3. Update Profile • 4. Enter Service or Education Hours

  8. New users must register • Follow the instructions on the page

  9. Registration Process for New Users • Click on “register” • Read the memorandum of understanding and click “agree” • Enter the required information (especially email) • Choose a username you will remember • Choose your agent by name • Click “Submit” • Agent will verify you as their MG • You will receive an email with your username and password • Begin to familiarize yourself with the website

  11. Volunteer Report • To begin: click on “enter new report”

  12. Entering Volunteer Report • Projects listed are projects happening in your county

  13. Continued Education • Minimum 8 hours required. Your Extension office or group will approve education events.

  14. Enter a CE Report • Name the event, date and number of hours approved by agent
