  3. Social Changes • Bad • lack of facilities for children e.g. play space and schools • public transport services not ideal • noise at nights Good • A mixed community with affordable homes for rent • New well built homes • Near to shops like Sainsbury

  4. Environmental Changes • Bad • not enough greenery • litter and waste in dock • some parts not finished – still derelict Good • Sustainable transport – Sail Bridge • 5 mins on foot to CBD • No longer derelict – now modern and clean
