  3. Home ScreenThe Assessment Dashboard shows a student's progress for each test. Pie charts show progress toward mastery for each test. The “Last Test Date” is tracked for each test. The Test Button launches the test for the selected student. Reports are created with these buttons. The Details show which items were answered correctly, and incorrectly.

  4. Data CollectionOur Assessment Interface makes it fast and easy to assess students. Click “Y” if the student correctly identifies the item. Click “N” if the student answers incorrectly. The next item comes up automatically!

  5. Class Totals ReportThe class totals report shows a summary of the class for each test. A “Total Weighted Score” gives one overall score. B is for “beginning” or “baseline.” 1 is for the 1st grading period. Students can be ranked by their performance on each test by clicking on the column headers. Cumulative scores for each grading period are displayed, showing “growth over time.”

  6. Item AnalysisAn Item Analysis for each test pinpoints weaknesses in the class. “d” is the least known letter in this class. 11 students recognize “d”. The students who do not recognize “d” are listed by clicking on the grey bar representing those students (highlighted in red).

  7. Parent Letter ReportCustomized Parent Letters solicit parent help with specific details.

  8. Flash Card ReportIndividualized Flash Cards provide materials, specific to each student.
