  2. Doug Shelton, Canon U.S.A. Optical Lithography Art of CS Manufacturing Doug Shelton is Senior Member of Technical Staff for the Industrial Products Division of Canon U.S.A., providing Canon Lithography equipment, Canon Anelva PVD equipment, and Canon Optron optical coatings to customers throughout North and South America. Doug received his B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering and an M.S. and M.B.A. from San Jose State University. He is currently working out of the division headquarters in San Jose, California. Gabe Cueva, MACOM Electron Beam Lithography Art of CS Manufacturing Gabriel Cueva is a senior member of the technical staff at MACOM where he has been focused on the transfer of the AFRL 0.14um GaN MMIC process to MACOM. Gabriel previously served as a yield engineer at Raytheon from 2019 to 2020. From 2011 to 2019, Gabriel held various roles at MACOM including process engineering manager for MACOM’s Ithaca, NY Photonics Solutions fab and integration and development engineering roles at MACOM’s Lowell, MA fab facility, responsible for development and integration of process modules for next-generation GaAs and GaN semiconductor technology platforms. Gabriel received his B.S. in electronics engineering from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. 2023 CS MANTECH, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, Orlando, FL, USA 3

  4. James Watkins, ClassOne Metal Plating Art of CS Manufacturing James Watkins is an Applications Engineer at ClassOne Technology where he specializes in electrochemical deposition. His background in semiconductors ranges from high volume manufacturing to research and development. James graduated from Montana State University where he received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering. After graduation, he joined the Intel-Micron joint venture IM Flash Technologies where he worked up from fab engineer to a process owner role. With a desire to return to Montana, James hired on with Applied Materials Wafer Level Packaging group before ultimately ending up at his current position with ClassOne Technology. 4 2023 CS MANTECH, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, Orlando, FL, USA 15 May 2023 – 18 May 2023

Dr. Matt Weimer, Forge Nano Atomic Layer Deposition Art of CS Manufacturing Dr. Matt Weimer is an R&D Scientist at Forge Nano who specializes in novel applications of atomic layer deposition for objects and semiconductor devices. With a background in synthetic organometallic chemistry, experience in device characterization, and novel ALD tool development, he has hands-on experience with the full life cycle of ALD. Matt has a BS in Chemistry from the University of Washington and a PhD from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a joint graduate appointment at Argonne National Laboratory. After a postdoc at Argonne, he joined the R&D film deposition group at Lam Research, where he spent time on new product development.
