ORIGEM • Ao expor os estudos de liderança da Ohio University – sobre realização de tarefas e desenvolvimento de relações pessoais – Robert Blake e Jane Mouton popularizaram o modelo do GRID GERENCIAL. • O modelo tem cinco tipos diferentes de liderança baseados na preocupação com a produção (tarefa) e pessoas (relacionamento).
CONCEITO • O Grid Gerencial é um modelo de AITUDES que mede os valores e comportamentos do Líder.
