Machining NC G-Code for Pipe Mounting Part from AISI 1020 Steel

DESCRIPTION

This quiz focuses on the CNC machining of a square block (100 mm x 50 mm) with a Ø30 mm hole using G-Code. The material processed is AISI 1020 plain carbon steel. Included are the specifications for the tools used: a carbide inserted turning cutter (T1) operating at 745 fpm and a tungsten-coated carbide end mill cutter (T2) with Ø15 mm and 6 teeth. All processes are optimized for maximum tool life and machining productivity with a maximum depth of cut of 5 mm. Utilize G41 and G42 codes for milling tool compensation.
