Enhancing Adapter Conversion Models for Service Innovation

This project aims to develop a model to analyze and optimize the conversion of potential adapters into actual users of a service or product. Initially, the model will start with a population of 1,000,000 potential adapters, of which 0.5% are innovators who autonomously become adapters. Each adapter will actively engage with 100 individuals each month, with an expected 2% conversion rate among these contacts. The goal is to refine this model through iterative improvements based on observed interactions and conversion data.
