Tabula User Group Update: New Features and Enhancements for Improved User Experience

Mat Mannion, the service owner of Tabula, has recently released several updates for this week. Enhancements include improved interface for monitoring points and small groups, creation of events outside term-time, addition of "Workshop" set type, and more.

Released recently or for this week • Improved interface for creating monitoring points • Improved interface for creating sets of small groups • Creation of events outside of term-time • Addition of “Workshop” set type • Creation of reusable small group allocations • Room suggestions when typing in Location of event

August and September • Seeing scheduled meetings that haven’t had their outcomes recorded • Viewing timetables for module, course & department within Tabula, and investigating including comments from central timetabling system • Timetable integration with CELCAT (Chemistry & Engineering) • Improvements to allocation of tutors and supervisors

  4. August and September (cont.) • Turnitin reports for markers • Redesign of management page for Small Group Teaching
