Threshold More than 80% of all unique patients seen by the provider during the EHR reporting period have at least one entry (or an indication that the patient has no known medication allergies) recorded as structured data. Medication Allergy List

Configure RPMS During our how-to session we will: • Discuss need to configure Drug-Drug & Drug Allergy Checks. • Move drug allergies to the RPMS Allergies List: • Run the PLAL Report. • Using RPMS or EHR: • Add a drug allergy to the patient’s Allergies List. • Remove the drug allergy from the Problem List. • Run the Patient Allergies Not Signed Off report. • Check the Verification queue. • Enter No Known Allergies at EHR’s Adverse Reactions. Evidence of Functionality During our how-to session we will: • Verify that all of a patient’s drug allergies appear on the EHR Adverse Reactions pane. • Verify that the EHR Adverse Reactions pane of each patient having no drug allergies contains the entry “No Known Allergies.” Medication Allergy List
