Information Request Management • Need to insure that interests of stakeholders are represented in regulatory process and all areas of the Southern Region are covered • Need to document responses to information requests from regulatory agencies • Need a process that is efficient for the State Contacts and scientists responding to the requests

Improvements to Monitoring System • Boxes for identification of state and name of responder (some responses do not provide this information) • System will automatically e-mail responder that their response was received by system • Responses will be available for viewing by responders and State Contacts • Encourage regulatory agencies (USDA, EPA) to submit requests through IPM Centers to avoid duplication of requests to university scientists
