  2. Welcome to Charts Backpacker. This slide show is intended to highlight the major features of the Charts Backpacker System and show how easy it is to use. A full presentation of Charts Reservation Software takes a little time and is best done by one of our sales consultants either in person or remotely. They can take you through the functionality and flexibility of Charts and answer any questions you may have. We trust that you will find this presentation interesting and that the features of Charts are able to assist you in the management of your property.   3. Charts is fully Windows based and built on the latest technology Security can be tailored to the experience level and job needs of each individual staff member. Individual receptionists have the ability to set their own passwords and should be encouraged to change them regularly. Charts has been designed for fast and efficient operations. It is keyboard driven with programmable “Hot Keys” for single keystroke operation.. • The Main Menu is the hub of all activity within Charts • The F8 key will return the user to the Main Menu in one keystroke from anywhere within Charts.

  10. The following slides show screenshots of ChartsInterfaces which automate many processes which would normally be done manually. Although the screens look very busy, they are purely showing logs of activity. Interfaces merely need to be started and left run in the background. Interfaces save on wage costs and cut down on processing time by staff.
