  2. DLF - ESTABLISHED in 1927 DLF was established by M. Cemal Dayioglu in 1927. At that period litigation and consultancy services were provided to French Companies which were operating bor and coal mines in Anatolia. DAYIOGLU LAW FIRM

  3. SECOND GENERATION LAWYER OF DLF Mr. Cevdet Dayioglu as second generation lawyer in the family provided the firm to develop in Istanbul. Cevdet Dayioglu speaks English and French and still with the firm as managing partner. DAYIOGLU LAW FIRM

  4. THIRD GENERATION LAWYERS OF DLF Mrs. Oya Dayioglu in 1985 Mr. Cemal Dayioglu in 1986 and Murat C. Dayioglu in 1991 joined the firm as third generation lawyers. Current partners Oya Dayioglu and Cemal Dayioglu speak English and French, Murat C. Dayioglu speaks English, DAYIOGLU LAW FIRM

COMMERCIAL LAW • DLF is specialized in private law and especially has experience of trade companies regarding commercial law. • Till to day establishment of many local and foreign based companies, Merger & Acquisition and due diligence projects have been carried out successfully. • Also Consultancy services are provided to foreign companies which are willing to make investments in Turkey. • As a project we carried out recently regarding this matter, we completed due diligence and SPA procedures of an insurance company on behalf of Mapfre S.A. and acquisition concluded successfully DAYIOGLU LAW FIRM

Presently American pharmaceutical companies as Eli&Lilly and Abbott Laboratories are represented as a accredited counsel. Litigation services for companies Bayer and Roches were carried out. Regarding IP investigations DLF works with an out source company.   10. TRAVEL LAW DLF is a member of International Forum Of Tourism and Travel Advocates (IFTTA) and Mr. Murat Dayıoglu has served as member of board of directors for a term. Mr. Murat Dayioglu was the Moderator of PPP Law section of International PPP Summit 2006 in Ankara and he presented a study on Turkish PPP Law. Furthermore Mr Murat Dayioglu attends as a trainer to PPP seminars organized by DLF’s solution partner PFD Co. Regarding Ship finance, Kuwait based Al Medina Finance and Investment Co. is represented by DLF since April 2007, Preparation of Legal infrastructure of Ship dealings with the method of Murabaha (borrowings-debts in accordance with Islamic law) in conformity with the Turkish Law studies are being carried out by DLF .
