Duties Performed • Intake interviews and treatment placement • Co-facilitate individual treatment and individual treatment planning • Co-facilitate group discussion • Attend and co-facilitate discussions of class material • Attend Case Management meetings • Attend staff meetings and training • Minimal amounts of office work

  4. On Staff • Psychiatrists (2) • Social Workers (2) • Substance Abuse Treatment Team (10) • Chaplin (1)

  5. Population Served • Marines & Sailors ages 18+ • All Stationed at Camp LeJeune or MCAS New River • Either volun-told to attend class or self referred for treatment of substance and/or alcohol abuse.

  6. Would I Recommend & Who to? • I would definitely recommend if applicant: • Had a basic understanding of the military. • Could tolerate Marines & Sailors acting like Marines & Sailors. • Wanted to work in Jacksonville. • Wanted an extensive understanding of education based treatment. • Needed a flexible schedule.
