  7. Ways to make a decision: • One person decides and announces. • One person gathers input and decides. • The group votes. • Build consensus among the group.

  8. If the discussion doesn’t result in an agreement: • Choose a different decision-making possibility. • Try the nominal group technique. • Choose not to decide.
