Investigation of mCRELD2 and ALG12 ERSE Influence on Relative Luciferase Activity

This study explores the consensus structures and functional roles of mCRELD2 and ALG12 in modulating luciferase activity, focusing on specific ERSE elements. We investigate different constructs, including pGL3b with the ALG12 ERSE (-361/+11) and the CRELD2 ERSE (-229/-396). Luciferase activity was measured across multiple conditions to assess the regulatory effects of these ERSEs. Our findings provide insights into the molecular interactions of mCRELD2, ALG12, and their elements, contributing to the understanding of ERSE-mediated gene expression regulation.
