Draft PPs needed (to send with RFPs) by 10/2007 (after October meeting) • RFP send out by 11/5/2007 after October meeting • Companies commitment to contribute to the process by 11/15/07 • Ask for RFP responses by 12/15/2007 • Collect money by end 12 ‘07, very early Jan ‘08 • Decision by 2/2008 (at Feb meeting or sooner) • Start formal evaluation (with "final" PPs) 1Q ‘08 Proposed Time Line
