7. A Solution? • Other tribes encouraged to add route as a class 11, Unga Tribe did do this • Class 11 - indicates an overlapping or previously inventoried section or sections of a route • Request money saved by reduction in original scope be re-allocated to other high priority project

How Do We Get There? • Approach City on Reduction of Scope • Request BIA Transportation and Federal Highway Administration permission to allocate funds saved to other high priority project • Critical – complete reduced scope work on original contract before October 2014 • Have City sign off on route 1002

QTT Resolution 14-04 WHEREAS, the Tribe has reviewed its Transportation Needs against its Transportation Improvement Plan and wishes to Receive a specific amount of our 651 Tribal shares from Native Village of Unga for executing activities in 25 CFR Part 170 and Part 900 for the purposes of Construction Activities, and WHEREAS, the Qagan Tayagungin Tribe would like to receive $760,220.74 specifically from the Native Village of Unga, per Unga Tribal Council Resolution #: 15-02, and Boat Harbor Road Project
