  1. Monday, September 23rd A school day to: Affirm Identity Build Community Cultivate Leadership

  2. We at LOHS realize that our school community is diverse. To celebrate this diversity, we will dedicate an entire school day to listening, celebrating and reflecting on all the voices that are part of the LOHS community. The purpose of this day is to take another step in creating a more inclusive culture and a sense of belonging for all students.

  3. How To Register For Sessions? • Go to sched.com (an invitation has been sent) • Create an account • Sign up for your sessions • All students must register for: • Affirming Identity • Keynote Session (depending on your grade) • 4 Sessions (Your choice depending on your interest.) • Lunch • Debrief Session (at the end of the day)

  4. OFFERINGS They are color coded in sched.com: Affirming Identity Building Community Cultivating Leadership and Activism Look at the offerings under each session, read the description and sign up for what interests you. You need to find 4 sessions.

This Is Us Day Schedule Session 1 8:25-8:55 ALL Students in A2 class Affirming Identity Session 2A 9:00-9:50 Juniors/Seniors Keynote Speaker Session 2B Freshmen/Sophomores Register For a Session Session 3A 9:55-10:45 Freshmen/Sophomores Keynote Speaker Session 3B Juniors/Seniors Register For a Session Session 4 11:00-12:00 All Students/Choose 1 Register For a Session LUNCH 12:00-1:00 All Students Register For Lunch Session 5 1:05-2:05 All Students/Choose 1 Register For a Session Session 6 2:10-3:10 All Students/Choose 1 Register For a Session Session 7 3:15-3:30 All Students in A2 class This Is Us Debrief

Check Your Schedule, Download the Sched APP To Your Phone and/or Print Your Schedule (You will need to have your schedule with you on Monday) You should be registered for 7 sessions (Affirming Identity, one Keynote, Lunch, Debrief and 4 sessions of your choice): • Affirming Identity- 8:25-8:55 • Keynote (juniors and seniors) or session of your choice (Freshmen and sophomores) 9:00-9:50 • Session of your choice (juniors and seniors) or Keynote (Freshmen and Sophomores) 9:55-10:45 • Session of your choice 11:00-12:00 • Session of your choice 1:05-2:05 • Session of your choice 2:10-3:10 • Debrief 3:15-3:30
