  11. ACTIVITY: The Right Fit In teams, and on slips of paper, each member writes a minimum of one (1) tried and true program Members then trade using the barter system with everyone in the room – exchange contact information (name, phone, and e-mail) Return to home team and share

Beyond the Flyer • Put promotional flyers inside popular books, books on reserve • Have a local middle/high school art teacher give bonus points to a student who designs the winning poster for a program • Talk about programs at the reference desk • Talk to groups of kids about upcoming promotions • Visit local restaurants, bus stations, airports, car washes; places designed with waiting or seating areas – critically view the advertising and how you can use it for your own programs
