NCIC Offense Code Title 18, Title 35, Title 75 codes are mapped to NCIC offense codes in the MDJS system and CPCMS Additional mapping was done for Title 30, 34, 42, 22, 23 This allows the police officer to fill in the charge on the complaint, and not have to fill in the NCIC offense code block When the charge is entered into the MDJS or the CPCMS it automatically populates the NCIC offense code block for the NCIC entry COMMONWEALTH LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE NETWORK
