  9. Summary • NIBUCAA provides a unique platform where competitors are partners in their quest to address HIV & AIDS in the private sector and the business host communities in Nigeria! • In the last five years of our existence and collaboration with NACA and other key stakeholders, we have learned that “…partnerships do not happen, they are built!” as propounded by D. Barret, J. Austin and S. McCarthy, 2000.

  10. Conclusion NIBUCAA is persuaded that the overall technical direction provided by NACA in coordination with CSOs, the Private and Public Sectors, Donors as well as Development Partners will continue to bring about the much needed support to coordinate the national and local capacities for the promotion of UNIVERSAL ACCESS to the provision of HIV/AIDS prevention, testing, treatment and care services in Nigeria.

  11. Appreciation • Thank you for your attention!
