This study explores the outcomes of positive and negative responses to various concentrations of specific molecules. It highlights how responses vary when subjected to mixed inhibitors versus uncompounded and non-compounded conditions. Using logarithmic transformations of concentration data, we investigate the relationship between concentration levels and molecular responses, integrating metrics from several parameters including free ligand concentrations. The findings elucidate crucial insights into the dose-response relationships, vital for drug development and pharmacological studies.
