  2. New Product Introduction NEW! Norton Bear-Tex Rapid Prep Range Rapid Prep is the new Norton line of surface conditioning products (SCM). They are comprised of synthetic, non-woven fibers that are bonded to another material in order to give them more body and the appropriate rigidity for the application. This enables them to be used in numerous forms such as belts, quick-change discs, discs, rolls, and specialties. Scrim (hook & loop) and Y-wt. polyester are the bonded backing.
