Progress in Justice Law and Order Sector: 50% of Sponsored Laws Enacted During SIPII

The Justice Law and Order Sector (JLOS) has successfully enacted 50% of the laws sponsored during the Second Institutional and Policy Improvement Initiative (SIPII). Eleven laws have been identified for implementation, with key actions including the preparation of commencement instruments for the Contracts Act and Trade Secrets Act, as well as the development of regulations for nine additional laws, including the Domestic Violence Act and the Hire Purchase Act, ensuring comprehensive legal frameworks to enhance justice and order.
