  4. What is Crossfit cont…. • Weightlifting • Sprinting • Gymnastics • Power lifting • Kettle bell training • Plyometrics • Rowing • Medicine ball training

  5. Why are people there? • No repetition in the workouts • Keeps things interesting • To get in shape

  6. How does it make them feel? • “It made me feel great, always wanting to come back for more, and leaves me wanting to push harder the next time” • “It makes me feel like a bad a**” • “It made me feel good” • “When I fight through the pain, I feel fantastic!”

  7. How does it make me feel? • Relieved (stress) • Exhausted • Better about myself

How does the Crossfit fit within our society? • Everyone wants to like the way they look and Crossfit is a different way to accomplish that • Saves time rather than just going into the gym and working out randomly(longest workout is an hour) • Get more out of Crossfit workout because it works your whole body
