Coordination of UUT and Test Description Schema Updates

This document highlights the need for improved coordination between the Instrument Description and Test Description schemas. There is significant overlap in the type of information contained in both the UUT and Test Description (TD). The team, including Ion and Mike, will work together to rationalize several action items aimed at streamlining the information. A new draft schema is expected to be posted in late November, and it will address the commonalities and enhance the clarity of UUT Description.
