Password Recovery Instructions for Registered Units

If you've forgotten your password, please follow the steps to reset it. Select the unit you wish to recover the password for and click on the provided link to access the "Forgot Password" screen. Enter your vendor code and hit the submit button. Ensure the vendor code is accurate; if it is correct, a password reset link will be sent to the email associated with your registered unit. If the vendor code is incorrect or no email is registered, you will receive an error message.

  2. Forgot Password These persons to be contacted in case of any difficulty (for the unit selected on main page (i.e. your registered unit) Give your vendor code and click on submit button Read these Instructions carefully

  3. Password Request Acceptance In case of correct vendor code , password will be sent to email id registered with us

  4. Error Message Give your vendor code In case of incorrect vendor code / no email id registered with us, you will get this error message
