Local Administration Reform Impact Assessment Final Report

This report addresses the impact assessment of local administration reforms that are performed under Local Administration Reform Support Project Phase III implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with funding from the European Commission. Its beneficiaries are the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, and it aims to assess the impacts of the legislation and practices about MMs and generally the local administration system in the last 15 years. <br>
