So….. • Most companies have less effective hiring processes • Most interviewers are not well trained or confident Therefore…. People rely on referrals • How do I get referred?
Networking • Networking is helping people • Find a way to make yourself useful • Find a problem that you can solve • Coach • Intern • Consult
