Leon Jones III Convicted of Auto Theft in Fulton County, Georgia

Leon Jones III was arrested on November 21, 2008, in Union City, Georgia, and charged with auto theft. Following the prosecution by Assistant District Attorney Sonja Brown, Jones was sentenced to 20 years, with 2 years and 6 months in prison and 17 years and 6 months of probation. The plea deal was entered on December 4, 2008, by Judge Lovett of the Fulton County Superior Court.   1. Community Prosecutor Case “CONVICTED” BANNED FROM ALL OF FULTON COUNTY SOUTH OF ATLANTA South Fulton Auto Theft . Leon Jones III was arrested 11/21/08/ at 4745 SR 138 Union City, Georgia. He was sentenced to 20 years to serve 2 years 6 months with the balance of 17 years 6 months probation by Judge Lovett of the Fulton County Superior Court. Assistant District Attorney Sonja Brown prosecuted the case. A non- negotiated plea was entered on 12/4/08. Leon Jones III 10
