Twothirdsofparticipants(workingadultsfrommultipleindustries)thatcompletedmy graduatecourseinleadershipatNorthwesternUniversityreportedthatknowledge cardshadahighorveryhighimpactontheirdevelopmentofinfluenceskills.Thisis basedonasampleof110participantsfrom9differentsectionsofthecourseovera twoyearperiod.Inthesamesample,halftheparticipantsindicatedthatthelikelihood ofcontinuingtouseknowledgecardsafterthecoursewashighorveryhigh 8
