This study evaluates two methods for synthesizing solid rocket propellant (SRP) by focusing on key objectives such as polymerization mechanisms, phase equilibria challenges, molecular weight distribution modeling, product analysis, and performance evaluation. Emphasizing sustainable practices, the research tackles catalyst deactivation, polymer precipitation, and solvent treatment. Various rheological properties will be assessed to ensure optimal performance. The findings aim to enhance understanding of energetic thermoplastic elastomers and their applications in rocket propulsion technology.
