Coordination throughout the Development of the Biological Assessment • Coordination with the Five Agencies • Biweekly interagency OCAP team meetings • Biweekly management meetings • Weekly directors’ meetings • Several modeling meetings • Coordination with the Fish Agencies • Biweekly meetings to discuss any issues with the biological assessment • Meetings to brainstorm modeling scenarios • One set of coordinated comments submitted to Reclamation on behalf of the fish agencies

Coordination throughout the Development of the Opinions and RPAs Weekly directors, five agencies managers, and technical meetings to discuss and resolve issues, and minimize any potential interspecies incompatibilities: • Environmental Baseline • Non-physical barrier at the Head of Old River • Engineering solutions in Georgiana Slough • Fall X2 and Storage in Shasta Reservoir

  4. Coordination during Implementation of OCAP Opinions • Coordination between the Delta Operations for Salmonids and Sturgeon (DOSS) Technical Working Group and Smelt Working Group • NMFS consideration of no installation of Head of Old River Barrier in Delta smelt court proceedings • The Five Agencies recommendation that Reclamation and DWR request that the Water Board consider granting a temporary urgency relief from certain D-1641 standards
