  4. Residential Project The Challenge The client was based in USA and wanted to refurbish his newly bought property in India. Frequent travelling was an issue so YP was involved to come with a solution where travelling can be minimized. The application was to show the accurate colour scheme, finishes, fixtures and level of detail for the client to approve and get the interior designer to replicate the same on site. Panther Studio Solution PS developed VR based solution via an application where Customer engagement was managed with our team, their interior designers and contractors. The app allowed the client to interact with the interior designer & their expectation was managed seamlessly. Impact The app was used an interactive and solution tool to agree on finishes, fixtures, ambience, etc. During the entire fit out of the property, because of this app, client only had to travel once, which usually requires 8-10 site visits. Substantial money was saved which resulted in a great case study for Yellow Panther.
