The Institute may make mandatory the submission of any certificates or documents before or at the time of the admission or afterwards, for the purpose of admission or otherwise, as decided by theManagement. Students undertake/certify that the documents submitted by him/her are original / genuine and not fake and to the best of his/her knowledge. If found otherwise the fees of the student shall be forfeited and separate legal action would be taken by theinstitute. Institute reserves the right to cancel admission if student fails to submit relevant documents or otherwise if fails to fulfill anycondition. Candidate with aggregate marks of 65% and above in class Xth and XIIth are eligible forscholarship. The Fees once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under anycircumstances. Failure to pay fees by due date shall result in imposition offine. Institute will charge the fee for various facilities like re-exam/backlog etc. as decided from time totime. Respective Fee is to be paid at the beginning of each semester. Fee once paid will not be refundable. Discontinuation from the course will involve for feiting of the feespaid. Students is required to inform the institute about any changes in his/her contact details including permanent/correspondence/PG address, email-id at any point oftime. Student should keep himself/herself well versed with the updates in the Institutethrough our notice board/website.Institute is not responsible for any individual intimation ofinformation. Students shall dress appropriately in the Institute premises and maintain personal cleanliness andneatness. The Institute shall not be responsible for the loss of personal property of the students or injury sustained by a student with in or out side thecampus. Medium of instruction: Medium of instruction will beEnglish. A candidate shall be eligible for appearing in semester examination if the attendence is at least 75% and if his/her fees for that particular semester iscomplete. In the event of any disputes between the parties the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. No stipend will be paid to students during the period oftraining.
