  2. 研究背景與動機 • 主計處公佈的98年度「台灣電腦使用概況報告」，每一百戶就有95.1戶擁有個人電腦，顯示電腦設置普及率高達90%以上。 • 台灣網路資訊中心進行大學生使用網路情形調查，95年的報告中顯示21～25歲為92.10％，目前大學生已經是每人一台電腦，甚至兩台以上。 • 使用Google搜尋引擎，輸入「電腦問題解決」，可以搜尋到26,300,000 項結果。

  3. 研究目的 • 探討學生操作電腦時較容易遭遇之軟硬體問題，以利做為校園線上Q&A技術客服可行之服務方向。 • 探討學生使用校園線上Q&A技術客服，對於滿意度之界定指標，以利做為建置校園線上Q&A技術客服之衡量指標。 • 探討校園學生之使用意願，以及了解構成使用意願之因素，以利增加校園線上Q&A技術客服之使用率，達到成功建置之目的。
