  7. 病例1 • 男性，71岁 • 以“阵发性胸痛10年，加重4天”入院 • OMI(前壁)10年，在外院SCA后未PCI • HT 15年，无烟酒嗜好

  9. 6F EBU 4.0,Whisper, Maverick2.0/15mm, Runthrough, Maverick2.0/15mm, Maverick1.5/15mm(16ATM)，Miracle 3, Ryjin1.25/15mm,

  13. 病例2 • 男性，56岁 • 以“阵发性胸痛9年，加重2个月”入院 • 2009-3-8诊为AMI(前壁)，在外院SCA：pLAD 100%闭塞，pLCX 60%~70%狭窄，OM1 99%次全闭塞，mRCA 100%闭塞 • DM 10年，HT 20年，已戒烟8年

  14. pLAD 100%，pLCX 60%~70%，OM1 99%，mRCA 100%

  15. pOM1 植入4.0/21mm 乐普支架1枚

  16. 病例2 • 2009-5-14 我院SCA（距第1次PCI两月余） • UCG：LV 62mm；EF 0.35；FS 17%
