Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-regulates civil aviation, air traffic and piloting standards and air commerce • D. The Federal Communication Commission (FCC)-regulates television, radio, telegraph and telephone, grants broadcast licenses, creates and enforces rules of behavior for broadcasting.
