Banks • Not Wells Fargo, City, or other major banks • Go to local banks that loan money to people in the community • Talk to the asset manager • Tell them what you do • You don’t have to borrow money from them • Approach them as if you’re doing them a favor- taking assets off their books quickly

  4. Referrals • A great way to get leads • Tell everyone what you do • If you clearly describe what you do, you’ll find you can get leads from everyone- friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers

  5. Mix it Up! • The most important thing is to try different things. • All the classic methods- craigslist, bandit signs, and REI groups work • Always think of different ways to drive and sell your business • Think of your business as a wheel, and your different lead sources as spokes
