  2. The person who practices law in the name of a barrister, judge, attorney, counsel or solicitor is known as a lawyer.  • A lawyer’s work involves the practical application of intellectual legal theories and also knowledge to solve particular individual problems, or to fulfill the interests of those people who hire lawyers to perform legal services. • The role of a lawyer varies largely across legal jurisdictions, so that it may be treated by the most general terms.  In short, legal jurisdictions exercise their right to determine a recognized lawyer. Therefore, the meaning of the term ‘lawyer' can be varied in different places. • There has been a tradition of giving many legal tasks to a variety of civil law notaries and clerks. • Each country has traditional and specific method to divide its legal work among different types of legal professionals. It is difficult to formulate exact generalization that covers all the countries with multiple legal professions.

  3. Several countries that originally had two or more legal professions have since united their professions into a single type of lawyer. Most countries in this category are common law countries. Lawyers in India brief a court in writing on the issues of a case often, before it can be orally argued. • While drafting legal papers they may have to perform massive research into relevant facts and law, in order to prepare for oral argument. The legislature has granted original jurisdiction over highly technical matters to executive branch administrative agencies in most developed countries. As a result, some lawyers have become specialists in administrative law. • The important aspect of a lawyer's job is to develop and manage relationships with clients. This relationship generally  begins with an  interview where the lawyer gets to know the client personally, finding out  the facts of the case, clarifies what the client wants to accomplish and moulds his/her expectations the way they want to it to be. In order to fulfill their wish, the lawyer begins to develop various claims or defenses, and explains the fee structure to the client.

  4. Legal advice is the application of precise principles of law considering the facts of the client's case in order to advise the client about what they should do next. Either the judiciary or the Ministry of Justice directly supervises the legal affairs in some jurisdictions whereas some countries admit and regulate lawyers at the national level, so that a lawyer, once licensed, can argue cases in any court in the land. • http://www.pathlegal.in/lawyers/India/ • You may get the list of Lawyers in India and any legal advice, please go through above mentioned link.
